What information do I need at hand to register a Private Business Corporation?
You will need proposed company names, company addresses, the details of the members – name(s) and national id number. You will also need the company’s business objectives.

How much does it cost, and what do I receive?
You can set up a private business corporation that is ready to trade, from as little as US$75.00, by choosing our Basic Package. This cost includes the Companies Registry filing fee, so there is nothing else to pay.
As soon as your new company is registered by Companies Registry (usually within 5 to 7 working days), you will your certificate of incorporation and CR 28.
You can, of course, choose one of our more comprehensive packages – which will provide many useful services. For example, Standard, Essential or Corporate Package.
Can I buy a Private Business Corporation package and upgrade later?
