What is an office address?
An office address is the physical and/or postal address of a Private Limited Company. It’s mandatory that you provide office details for to the Companies Registry when you register a company in Zimbabwe.
Government department and/or agencies (such as the Companies Registry and ZIMRA), will then post all of your official company mail to this address. It will also be disclosed on the public register of companies.
An office address must be a full physical address (that is not a PO Box) and must be a Zimbabwean address.
