How long does the company name change take?
It usually takes upto 7 working days to change your company name at the Companies Registry. However, there are additional 14 working days to the whole process because there is need to place a newspaper article which will circulate in the Zimbabwean Gazzette and any daily circulating Zimbabwean newspaper.
How much does it cost to change my company name in Zimbabwe?
Changing your company in Zimbabwe costs US$220.00.

Yes. This service is available to anyone whether you registered a company with Companies Made Easy or not.
